I don’t know why I go to this park again in this hot summer. Sooo hot. And there are lots of mosquitoes and many other little worms.. I hate this.
But the picture looks just good, the sunshine is very beautiful. So, we can drop unhappiness aside and enjoy this moment.

Spicy Dry Hot Pot

Put Fungus into hot water for 16min. It will become larger and softer

Clean all kinds of vegetables which you like.

Boil the water and put all vegetables into the pot until the vegetables all cooked.

Make all the material cooked just like the previous step.

Put oil into the wok. And please use a lowest level to warm the oil.

After 3 to 5 minutes, make it sure that the oil is ready and then put the half of hot pot base into the wok. (Choose any one you like)

After 5 minuets, put all the materials into the wok. And put the rest of the hot pot base into the wok too.

Cook all of them together.

Then you can enjoy:)
