8 chicken wings
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 rounded tablespoons Indian curry
1/2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 inch fresh ginger
Sauce: 1/2 teaspoons sea salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2 rounded tablespoons Indian curry, water.
Wash chicken wings, using a knife to make some shallow carve marks, cutting lemon grass in third and slice down the middle. Set all these ingredients aside for later use.
Put the olive oil into the pot, and then put the chicken wings, ginger, garlic into it. Fry the chicken wings for about 3 minutes and then pour the source into the pot.
Then wait for about 20 minutes. Please remember stir occasionally.
Add lemon grass, pepper or some other things you like. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes. Using lower heat.
Serve with steamed rice, you can enjoy it now!!
